Casa Fiesta is a magnificent 20,000 square foot home built on the crest of a cliff in Zihuatanejo and is surrounded by panoramic ocean views.  The rustic beauty of the home is accentuated by the use of natural materials in its unique design which blends contemporary ideals with native architecture. 

 

The heart of the home and its main focal point is the extraordinary Grand Palapa, under which a magnificent infinity pool overlooks the Bay and the Pacific.  The pool and palapa create a tranquil gathering space for sunbathing or an afternoon nap on the splendid chaise lounges; playing games in the cozy common area; sipping cocktails under the umbrella of the infinity pool while looking out onto the expansive Pacific; or an early morning, afternoon or late night swim in the heated pool.  Most meals are enjoyed at the striking dining table under the Grand Palapa.

Playa Fiesta opened in late 2017 on a pristine, 8-mile beach, and is the perfect complement to Casa Fiesta.  Playa is a stunning, beachfront property, boasting a majestic grand staircase which leads to El Palapa Principal, the gathering hub of the home.  The Palapa soars high above the sparkling pool surrounded by a striking, native stone wall whose center gates open onto the sand, steps to the Pacific.

During your stay at Casa, you should plan a day-trip (or two) to Playa Fiesta.  Show-off your skills at our two private tennis courts; enjoy some ping pong or create a little corn hole or Jumbo Jenga competition.  Take your lunch in the pool at the generous banquette with a view to the Pacific.  After lunch, have a snooze in one of our many hammocks in the Palm Grove or indulge yourself at the spa.  You can take in a movie or some futbol in the TV Room or test your game face at one of our 3 cards tables.  The team will help you build a bonfire on the beach to take in the superb Zihuautanjo sunsets.  Or you may prefer to watch the sun setting from the edge of the pool with a cocktail in hand.  If you’ve still got some energy left, we recommend you send out for some pizzas (we know just the spot) and have a little dance party with our house DJ under the Grand Palapa.  Consider Playa Fiesta the ultimate private beach retreat.
